Agape Manor Activities

Our activities department at Agape Manor has been very busy and exciting. Crafts are done twice a week and consists of items like wreaths for the residents doors, soap making, jewelry and candy dishes. This month we will be making Mother's Day bonnets for our Mother-Daughter Tea to be held on May 8th. We have daily exercise which consists of muscle strengthening and range of motion exercises.

November 02, 2017 - Lots of Activities !!!

Every weekday some choose to meet for a daily reading and discussion of scripture, led by our Activity Director.

5 days a week we offer Strengthen and Tone as well as Range of Motion classes.

Stretching is an important part of elderly and seniors flexibility and will help offset the effects of normal decline in the flexibility of your joints, and help you remain active and independent. As we age muscles become shorter and lose their elasticity. Aging can affect the structure of your bones and muscles causing pain and decreased range of motion in the shoulders, spine and hips.

Our Activity Director does a superb job meeting the variety of ability levels in our classes.

CRAFTS & COOKING every Tuesday and Thursday

BUFFALO SHOPPING TRIP every Wednesday we'll run errands around the town of Buffalo. If you need something or even if you don't come along for the ride. We'll stop at DJs, Pamida, Library, Rx Shop, Banks, etc.
